Cable TV, radio and WLAN internet access (flat rate) as well as iron/board and clothes horse available. Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Size of the vacation apartment approx. 65 sqm. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

Raised first floor with spacious terrace and sea view.

From now on and until further notice, we have to expect disruptions due to construction activities on a directly neighboring property. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact information on when and to what extent this is to be expected. The apartment faces north to the lake side and is therefore completely turned away from the construction site. The night's rest is therefore not affected.
