Raised first floor with terrace with garden furniture and 2 relax loungers and sea view. Lawn for sunbathing, ideal for families with children.

From now on and until further notice, we have to expect disruptions due to construction activities on a directly neighboring property. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact information on when and to what extent this is to be expected. The apartment faces north to the lake side and is therefore completely turned away from the construction site. The night's rest is therefore not affected.
