Third floor with balcony and full ocean view. 1 bedroom with regular double bed. 1 internal bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 living room with integrated fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer). Amenities include cable TV, stereo system, DVD player, flat iron/ironing board and laundry rack. Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Additional storage room on the floor.

At your disposal during the season: a hooded beach chair at the beach.

As of now and until further notice, impairments due to construction activities on a direct neighboring property are to be expected. Exact information, when and to what extent this is to be expected, we can unfortunately not give. The apartment faces north to the lake side and thus completely away from the construction site. The night's rest is therefore not affected.
