Location: The apartment complex (with elevator) is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the centre of Duhnen. In the house there is an underground parking lot belonging to the apartment.

Separate second bedroom in the studio with partial ocean view. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet, one with daylight, hairdryer and radio. Bedroom and studio each with a double box spring bed (180/200), cupboard safe, living room with double sofa bed. 2 balconies (facing south and north). Skylight windows in the attic with great view towards the ocean. 3 flat screen satellite TVs (living room, bedrooms), a DVD/Blu-ray player, 2 stereo systems, digital radio with Bluetooth and CD player.

High-quality kitchen with Bosch/WMF appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as additional Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). Underfloor heating.
