As you enter the apartment, a light-flooded and modern living area opens up with a separate dining area for four people and an inviting sofa and coffee table. The bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows in both rooms offer a wonderful view.
The large balcony, which you can reach from the living room, is furnished with elegant furniture and offers a view of the quiet inner courtyard - ideal for relaxing hours with birdsong and away from any street noise. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, towel warmer and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances, including stove with ceramic hob and oven, convection hood, fridge with freezer compartment and filter coffee machine.
