The family-friendly and bright apartment has underfloor heating and electric shutters.
The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV (cable). Amenities include free wireless LAN, a stereo radio with CD player and a games collection.
Adjacent to the cosy living room is a modern and functional fitted kitchen with dining area for 4-6 people, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster.
The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed in comfort height. One bedroom has direct access to the balcony. The balcony is covered and very sunny (facing south-west). Comfortable, adjustable balcony chairs invite you to linger.
