There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a TV each, and 1 living room with TV (4K), stereo, Blu-ray player, wireless LAN and a spacious fitted kitchen with glass-ceramic cooktop panel, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, egg boiler and toaster. Amenities include underfloor heating, a storage room with flat iron/ironing board, laundry rack and a safe. You will also find a large bathroom with comfort shower (handicapped accessible, 1,50m x 1m), toilet, hair dryer and infrared sauna as well as a large covered terrace with a set of seats perfect for breakfast and relaxation. Electric blinds provide shade and sun protection in the interiors. Included is an underground parking space from which you can easily reach the apartment via the elevator.
